प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार जिले के कासमा थाना क्षेत्र मे एक झोलाछाप डॉक्टर ने को नशे का इंजेक्शन लगाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। बताया जाता है की बुधवार को रफीगंज प्रखंड के कासमा थाना क्षेत्र निवासी किशोरी की तबीयत खराब थी जिसको उपचार के लिए किशोरी के परिजनो ने गाँव के झोलाछाप डॉक्टर को बुलाया लेकिन डॉक्टर ने उस समय आने से माना कर दिया उसने बाद मे आने को कहाँ बाद मे जब डॉक्टर आया तो किशोरी को देखकर उसकी नियत बिगड़ गई और उसने किशोरी को नशे का इंजेक्शन लगाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म की वारदात को अंजाम दिया है। एंव मौके से फरार हो गया। जब 16 वर्षीय किशोरी को होश आया तो उसने घटना किओ जानकारी परिजनो को दिया। पीड़िता की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने आरोपी झोलाछाप डॉक्टर के विरुद्ध पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर जांच मे जुट गई है।
